The process began with clearly articulating the corporate strategy through SMART goals and measurable objectives. From there, performance indicators, targets, and strategic initiatives were developed to translate strategy into action.
To ensure alignment and accountability across all levels, the strategy and performance framework were cascaded through the organization—from the corporate level down to business units and individual employees. Each level received aligned performance scorecards that connected their day-to-day activities with the overarching strategic goals.
Finally, Caliber developed a performance governance framework to ensure ongoing monitoring, review, and improvement. Regular performance review cycles were institutionalized, and leadership reinforced a performance-driven culture by linking outcomes to recognition, rewards, and career progression.
